Rashmee Rathore won gold for the fourth time as she beat the young Ganemat Sekhon 13-11 in the Women’s Skeet at 60th National Shotgun Championship in Jaipur.
Rashmee who hails from Telangana topped the qualification with a score of 68 and shot 14 out of 16 in the semifinals.
Ganemat, a 10th standard student from Punjab, won the silver, while Saniya Sheikh of UP won the bronze.
Arti Singh made the semifinals but missed the medal matches after being in the lead, shooting 10 out of the first 12 birds. She added only one more at the last station and lost the race for the medal matches along with Asees by a solitary point.
Ganemat also won the junior silver earlier in the afternoon, behind Asees Chhina while Simranpreet Kaur Johal won the bronze.
