India’s Seema Tomar narrowly missed the finals of Women’s Trap in the ISSF Shotgun World Cup being held in Nicosia, Cyprus, on Monday.
The 33-year-old Seema shot 67 (22,23,22) to miss the finals by a point.
Seema had won a silver medal in the ISSF World Cup in 2010 held at Dorset.
Shagun Chowdhary finished 41st with a score of 57 while Rajeshwari Kumari shot 63 to finish 28th.
The day belonged to the 27-year-old Lebanese shooter Ray Bassil who claimed the gold medal, securing her first world cup medal ever, shooting a great final in a windy day.
