A 30-member strong Indian team is all set for the ISSF Shotgun World Championship to be staged in Moscow, Russia, from Friday.
A total of 640 athletes from 76 nations will be competing in this prestigious competition which takes place once in two years.
For the first time, the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) in collaboration with the organisers and the European Broadcasting Union has made arrangements for ‘’live’’ telecast of the competition all over the world.
After pre-event training on Thursday, the competition will open with trap on the first three days, followed by mixed trap on the fourth day and double trap on September 5. After a day’s training it will be skeet from 7 to 9, followed by the mixed skeet event as the conclusion on September 10.
