    ISSF World Cup: India wins Silver in Men’s Trap Team

    India’s Kynan Chenai, Vivaan Kapoor and Prithviraj Tondaiman won silver in Men’s Trap Team at the ongoing ISSF World Cup in Lonato, Italy.

    The Indian trio of Kynan, Vivaan and Prithviraj scored a total of 211 points in qualification to finish second, only one point behind Giovanni Cernogoraz, Josip Glasnović and Anton Glasnovic of Croatia.

    The Indian team lost 7-1 to Croatia in the gold medal match and setlled for the silver while Italian trio of Massimo Fabbrizi, Giovanni Pellielo and Lorenzo Ferrari took the bronze.

    It was the first competition that the Indian Shotgun Team has been led by their newly appointed Trap coach, Olympic gold medallist from Australia, Russell Mark and High Performance Manager for Shotgun, Lauryn Mark.
