    World No.1 Divyansh Singh Panwar of Rajasthan came up with a brilliant performance to stamp his class in Men 10m Air Rifle (T4) at the ongoing selection trials in New Delhi.

    Th 18-year-old Divyansh shot the third best qualification score of 629.7 and topped the finals with a brilliant 253.1 which is 0.3 point more than the world record.

    Divyansh outgunned Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar of Madhya Pradesh with a perfect 10.9 on the last shot after the two Olympic quota winners were tied at 242.2 after the 23rd shot.

    Junior Asian Champion Yash Vardhan of Rajasthan came third with 231.6.

    Paarth Makhija of Delhi registered the best qualification score of 630.3 but finished 5th in the finals with 187.8.

    Men’s 10m Air Rifle: 1. Divyansh Singh Panwar (Rajasthan) 253.1 (629.7); 2. Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar (Madhya Pradesh) 252.6 (628.7); 3. Yash Vardhan (Rajasthan) 231.6 (629.8).
